We cater to each resident.
First and foremost of our all-inclusive services is forward-thinking medical care. Our clinical care services are led by Dr. Stoukides, a board-certified geriatric resident who is our attending physician. We also offer physical and occupational therapy to advance residents’ activities of daily living and physical well-being. Care management is overseen by our Wellness Director and Registered Nurses 24/7, and residents are tended by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) around the clock.
Each resident receives an individualized service plan with care elements as unique as their fingerprint. To help create a sense of belonging, it is tailored specifically to their needs, ability and personality, and is continually reviewed by staff. Our hands-on care approach includes updated reports to care plans during each shift and at each shift change, so everyone knows exactly what’s happening with each resident at any given time.
